Continuous Industrial Process Improvement
The service consists of a recurring monthly consultancy that includes the following tasks:
- Monthly meeting with the client to monitor and review project and task progress.
- Audit of production data collected by TEFIPRO.core®.
- Proposing adaptations and improvements.
- Monthly work for updating indicators and visualizations as needed.
- Integration of other external signals from the factory (NIR, scales, energy consumption, artificial vision cameras, etc.).
- Other engineering services (project coordination and management in the factory).

The working methodology follows Agile principles to respond quickly to changes in objectives or priorities. However, depending on the nature of the tasks, PMP best practices are followed to ensure the achievement of set objectives in each project.
