What is the challenge faced?
During the bottling process, data was recorded manually, causing performance indicators to be obtained only after all the work was completed.
The project’s objective:
Improve the wine bottling process.
Action plan:
The installation of TEFIPRO.core allowed real-time monitoring of production, enabling the recording of stoppage reasons and detecting where the main performance losses occurred. With this data, improvement actions were initiated, and the impact was tracked to standardize the improvement as a final step.
What has changed?
Initially, the bottling line was in use 92% of the available time.
Currently, the same production is achieved, but in 34% less time.
ACHIEVEMENT:
+22% bottling capacity.
